Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Course Cancellation Window

  • Before Course Start: A 100% refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase and prior to the issuance of course login credentials or physical textbooks.
  • After Materials / Access Issued: Once course materials are dispatched or digital learning access has been activated, partial refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Corporate & Multi-Seat Packages: Institutional contracts follow the custom termination terms specified in the respective service level agreement (SLA).

2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a cancellation or refund, please email our support team with your order / invoice ID at alich19081991@gmail.com or reach our customer care line at 03281038099. Refunds are processed via original payment channel within 5 to 7 business days.
