The SECP certificate verifies Y.Z Educational Services (Private) Limited, CUIN 0326364, as a private company limited by shares incorporated on 12 February 2026 under the Companies Act, 2017. It establishes corporate standing, transparent banking, and legal accountability; it does not by itself establish separate 80G/501(c)(3) tax-deductible or Zakat status for Hammad Foundation.
