Service Delivery Policy.

1. Fulfillment Timelines

  • Standard Individual Courses: Digital curriculum access and welcome packet issued via email within 1 to 4 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Physical Kits & Textbooks: Student study kits and school supplies are dispatched to the designated campus within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Corporate Cohorts: Custom training deployments initiate on the agreed schedule specified in the corporate agreement.

2. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Every student enrollment receives a unique Student ID and progress tracker. For student sponsorships, initial guardian confirmation and student profile details are delivered within 48 hours.
